At the remspace conference, one of the key professional platforms for the Czech real estate and development sector, the Florenc 21 project was publicly showcased for the first time through a live open 3D scene powered by DESVIX.

Florenc 21 represents one of the most significant urban transformation projects currently underway in Prague. Penta Real Estate organized an international architectural competition covering four urban blocks, receiving a total of 16 proposals from leading architectural studios.
