When Project Is Presented in Space, Not on Slides
At the remspace conference, one of the key professional platforms for the Czech real estate and development sector, the Florenc 21 project was publicly showcased for the first time through a live open 3D scene powered by DESVIX.
Together with Lucia Pálková, Senior Project Manager at Penta Real Estate, we enabled conference participants to step directly into the digital model of the transforming district and explore the winning proposals within their real urban context.
A Live 3D Scene as a New Presentation Format
The session was conducted as a live 3D walkthrough. Instead of static visuals or presentation boards, attendees navigated through an open digital environment where the winning proposals were integrated into a unified urban context.
Lucia Pálková provided commentary on the long-term development process and the urban design competition launched in 2021. The digital model allowed the audience to understand spatial relationships, scale, and connections to the surrounding city fabric — aspects that traditional presentations rarely convey with such clarity.
The proposals were not perceived as isolated architectural objects, but as parts of a larger urban structure.

From Presentation to Professional Dialogue
The remspace presentation demonstrated how a 3D environment can serve as a powerful tool for professional dialogue. The open scene allowed discussions to focus on concrete spatial situations, block relationships, and the impact of development on the character of the district.
With the model positioned in real geospatial coordinates, the audience engaged not only with visual impressions but with authentic urban scale and context.
