Hotel U Sixtů unites eight historic buildings dating from the medieval period through Classicism into a single hotel complex with 84 luxury rooms, restaurants, wellness facilities, and conference spaces.
Given the complexity of the site and its heritage status, BIM (Building Information Modeling) plays a crucial role. The BIM model serves as a shared source of truth, integrating architectural design with structural solutions and MEP systems, enabling:
