What is the difference between an Individual and a Workspace license?
An individual license is a license that allows you to work in DESVIX and unlocks features during use—whether it’s Free, Basic, or Pro.
A workspace can be thought of as a shared repository for projects. Other members of the workspace have access to these projects.
How Workspaces work?
You can purchase Workspace for any account. It can be understood as an extra folder with much more storage space, and is also suitable for individuals who need a larger organizational structure and storage space.
Can I own multiple Workspaces?
Of course. You can purchase them in the settings section under Purchases (Workspace Licenses).
For larger teams, there can be workspaces for different teams, but managed by a single administrator account.
Can I purchase Individual licenses for other users?
Yes, you can purchase license seats and assign them to other users in the same way that you can purchase workspaces in settings in the Purchases section (Individual Licenses).
The administrator can have a FREE account that serves only as an administrator for other licenses, and the account functions as a regular FREE account. All payments go from this account, and it purchases so-called License Seats – for Individual licenses. Subsequently, it can assign these License seats to other users.
In the case of workspace, however, the administrator, even if free, occupies 1 seat.
Monthly or Annual license during multi-license management
Currently, it is not possible to combine annual and monthly purchases from a single account.
This means that if you have purchased a license for yourself, other users, or a workspace, and it is running in either monthly or annual mode, any additional purchases—whether for your account, license seats for other users, or a workspace—will also be in the same monthly or annual mode.
All information regarding payments and their due dates can be found in the settings section under Purchases (Individual Licenses or Workspace Licenses).
